If you are like me and love a fancy dress party, chances are you have a pair (or two) of Go Go Boots in your closet. While they’re great to wear with almost every costume, they can also be styled casually as well, allowing you to get maximum use out of these trendy boots. Here are some ways I like to style my Go Go Boots for a look that transcends well beyond the dress-up party.
1. Everyday Wear

In case you haven’t already noticed, the 70s are seriously on-trend!
From flares to jumpsuits to psychedelic patterns and you guessed it - knee high boots. Everyone from Hailey Beiber and Bella Hadid to Emily Ratajkowski have been spotted rocking the Go Go boot trend.
If you already own a pair of Go Go boots yourself, they are a great way to get involved in this 70s revival trend.
- For a fun daytime look, I pair mine with a knit skirt or mini dress for an easy summer look.
- Or for a nighttime occasion, I love to pair my black Go Go boots with a blazer dress or a matching skirt and top combo.
2. Festival

Another great way I re-wear my Go Go boots is to wear them to music festivals. Finding an outfit to wear to a festival is one of my favourite things as they allow you to wear something outrageous and really have fun with your outfit. In my eyes, for a festival, the bolder the better in terms of an outfit. Whether it be a bold hairstyle or wig, makeup or your rainbow Go Go boots.
3. Another Costume
If you purchased your Go Go boots to wear with a 60s or 70s themed costume, like I did, don’t be fooled into thinking these are the only costumes these timeless boots will be useful for. You can elevate any costume with your pair of Go Go Boots, from devil and angel costumes, Wonder Woman, Police, Ginger Spice and of course iconic characters like Daphne from Scooby Doo and Anni-Frid and Agnetha from ABBA.
