Easy Halloween Punch Recipe

A simple Halloween Punch recipe, make it a virgin cocktail or spike it with some rum!

Ingredients:

  • 16 fresh blueberries
  • 8 Lychees, fresh or canned, syrup drained
  • 2 cups blackcurrant (Ribena) or Raspberry drink
  • ½ cup lemon juiced
  • ½ cup sparkling water
  • ½ cup Bacardi Rum (optional)
  • Ice

Method:

  • To make the floating “eyeballs”, stick the blueberries into the cavity of the lychees. Freeze them for about an hour so that they hold together.
  • Stir together the blackcurrant juice, lemon juice, sparkling water and rum (optional)
  • Take the lychee “eyeballs” out of the freezer and put them into a jug and pour the stirred drink ove.
