If you need to send something back, we offer a 30-day return window for Australian customers.
You can choose a full refund (on the product price) or 110% store credit to put towards your next purchase.
Your Return Checklist:
To be eligible for a change of mind return, every item must meet all of these requirements:
30-Day Window:
We must receive the item(s) within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Unused Condition:
The item must be completely unworn, unused, and undamaged.
This means no stains (like makeup or deoderant), odours (like perfume or smoke), pet hair, or signs of use.
Original Packaging:
All original tags must still be attached. The item must be packed in its original costume bag, box, or branded packaging, which must also be in a pristine, resaleable condition (no tape directly on shoe boxes, please!).
What happens if we can't accept your return?
We carefully check every return against the checklist above. An item can only be accepted if it arrives in a condition suitable for resale.
If your return is rejected because it doesn't meet the above criteria (eg., if the item is used, dirty, or the original packaging is damaged):
We unfortunately cannot process a refund or store credit.
The returned item will not be sent back to you.
If you have a item that cannot be returned for change of mind reasons, you can list it on our Encore resale platform instead.
Items we can't take back (exclusions):
Some items cannot be returned under our change of mind returns policy if the packaging has been opened due to health and hygiene reasons:
Apparel and Hosiery: Hosiery, Undergarments, Stockings and Socks.
Worn Accessories: Wigs and Wig Caps, Eyelashes and Contact Lenses, Faux Beards, Moustaches, Cosmetics.
Prosthetics: Fangs, Fake Teeth, and other prosthetic appliances.
Inflatable Items and any item that has been worn or altered.
No change of mind returns for party supplies, special order mascots or some items shipped by our trusted partners. These exclusion will be noted on the relevant product page on our website.
Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless faulty.
