The party streamer and balloon backdrop kit include 5m of balloon tape, 3m of clear twine, and glue dots, in addition to 75 balloons, 10 gold foiled streamers, and 300m of pink, peach, cream, purple, and mint paper streamers. Construct the garland by attaching the balloons to the balloon tape and use the included twine and glue dots to attach the streamers. Great for setting the scene for your wedding or milestone birthday.
