1. Do you have a shop I can visit?

CostumeBox has one shop, it's Costumebox.com.au! We do have a warehouse and office space located in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches, our address is 10 Clearview Plac, Brookvale, NSW, 2100. Unfortunately, we do not have facilities for you to browse or to try on costumes at our physical location, however 'click and collect' orders placed by 4pm Monday - Friday can be picked up the same day.

2. How do I know which size is right for me?
Like fashion brands, each costume brand can fit a little differently. To help you with sizing, we have a very extensive range of size charts specific to every supplier for each of our costumes. The size charts are a clickable link on the costume pages. We recommend comparing actual measurements as this is the most accurate way to find a size that will be just right for you. In some of our product descriptions, we also provide measurements and additional information for each costume.

3. When will you be getting more in stock?
Our buyers are always working hard to get the latest and greatest costumes and accessories for your needs. All stock is replenished as quickly as possible. If you have an enquiry regarding an individual costume or accessory please don't hesitate to contact our helpful customer service team and they will liaise with the buyers to give you the most accurate information as possible.

4. Can I get a refund if the costume is not suitable?
Of course! We have a "No Worries", 100 Day FREE Return policy. You can return any costume and most accessories any time within 100 days for a full refund (not including the original postage). The only condition is that it must be in its original unworn condition and in its original intact packaging. You can return your costume for free by following the instructions on our returns page. Please note that the refund amount applies to product(s) purchased only, any original shipping costs are not refunded.

5. Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, you can! Please re-order the costume you need in the new size. This is to ensure that you can secure that item (popular items sell out quickly), and we can get it out to you as quickly as possible. Then you can return the item you don't need by clicking here and following the prompts.

6. How can I pay for my order?
Costumebox.com.au is a secure encrypted site and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, bank deposits, Afterpay and ZipPay.

7. How can I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping tracking number, which has a link to the couriers website (StarTack Couriers). That tracking number will not generate any information until the following business day, so don't worry if there is no information available immediately.

8. When will I receive my order?
I am glad you asked! We are always working towards getting your order to you as quickly as possible. If you select our Premium Platinum delivery method and order before 4pm Sydney time you should expect your order the following business day. We have a 96% success rate for on time deliveries. If you choose our Standard Shipping option it can take 1-9 business days for delivery, depending on where you're located. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse with a link to the courier's website.
