Finish off your Victorian or Steampunk themed outfit with this Victorian Ruffled Neck Collar. The collar features one large ruffled piece of silver fabric that is spilt in two sections by a black elastic in the middle, with both ends featuring black lace trimming. There is a big gold plastic flower in the centre of the collar that is the statement of the piece, with three silver chains hanging off. The collar covers most of the neck and is the perfect dramatic accessory.
