"Unfortunately never able to use it. Paid $36 for express postage on Thursday night prior to cut off to receive the following day, for a party on Saturday - it arrived the following Tuesday. I called the shop Friday afternoon asking why delivery was expected for Tuesday after purchasing the express 24 hour postage. I was told the face paint also purchased was not coming from the same stock and so the complete delivery was delayed- It would have been correct customer service to call me to advise of the situation. No one purchases 24 hr delivery if happy to receive in 3 days- was not given this simple curtesy. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience."
