"Yes I received silver flapper headband and pearls promptly. So 5 stars for shipping. But unfortunately did not use as they were of a TERRIBLE cheap quality. Pearls very plastic looking and cheap and headband not as shown in picture with cheap plastic beads…. Had to repurchase another headband and pearls from other retailer."
