Part of the costume is two faux legs that sit at the waist and straddle the ostrich to make it look like it's being ridden with orange reigns at the ostrich's beak to hold the neck upright. The costume comes complete with a hat. Just slip your legs through the ostrich leg, adjust the direction of the fan and tighten the drawstrings for easy inflation.
