Poor paint job significantly reduced quality
"The spear handle arrives in multiple sections that screw together. The spear head itself is a plain beige plastic colour, and the "cloth" part is just moulded and spray painted black - without any primer. There's a simple brown leather cord with a couple of wood beads tied to it. Giving this 3 stars because it's a decent length and somewhat sturdy, but the black paint on the spear was badly peeling off in the bag when it arrived, and then continued to flake off everywhere as I assembled it. It took nearly an hour to scrub most of the paint off, and now I have to find something to cover up that part. Plastic must ALWAYS be primed before it's painted, otherwise it's just crap."
