This gruesome piece is designed to look as though you've had a pretty painful hit in two places. The detailing includes an exposed wound with exposed flesh. To keep the prosthetic on place by adding spirit gum to the back until it becomes 'tacky' and then place onto your desired spot. For extra effect, add a splattering of fake blood.
