Waaaaaaaaaaay too small. The sizes

"Waaaaaaaaaaay too small. The sizes suggest that the large would fit sizes 16-18. Not on this planet. We bought this for a 15yo and she had to wear it around the house just to see if it would stretch a bit. Contemplated sewing in inserts on the size to get it to fit less tightly. The measurements on the size guide are more accurate, but its still smaller than those. The 15yo by those measurements could have fitted into a Medium. She could barely get the Large one on. I have no idea where the picture of the model on the packet got her costume, but its certainly not this one! The costume itself was good for whet it was meant to be, just severely undersized."
