This gorgeous top hat could be the cherry on top to an array of costumes; from Steampunk, Victorian era or even a vampire or vampiress. The hat is covered in a black and white stripe silk like fabric with black trim, on the back there's black and white ribbon tied together in a bow which drapes down the back and in the centre of the bow there is a silver jewel. Underneath the hat, there are 2 large clips to hold the hat in place on your head. Pair up with dark jewellery and you're ready to impress the crowds at your next gathering.
