"Needed significant ironing, cuffs turned out quite well for such a cheap set, looked very good on! Collar however was just not salvageable- even ironed it looked too cheap and nasty and plasticky, and not being properly adjustable didn't help either. We ended up buying a plain black cheap leather dog collar and using that instead for the costume party and it worked wonderfully with the cuffs."
