Wand was out of shape

"Wand was out of shape and not painted properly, and parts broke off after being dropped once. The one I brought previously (I had to buy a second cos I couldn't find it but ended up finding it after i received the second) was perfect but snapped in half just sitting in my bag and probably being moved around whilst I was getting my snacks, there was nothing heavy with it, I have no idea how it snapped"
