The animatronic features a hanging clown wearing black and white stripes and polka dots outfit with a large black ruffle around the neck and a pair of red shoes. The face is painted white with black paint around the mouth and eyes. When switched on the clown convulses and shakes, its eyes glow an eerie green, manic laughs, talks and there is scary music and sound effects in the background.
