"Very comfortable dress with lots of stretch! (could size down if you want it tighter). Love the unique turquoise colour, different to most other Oktoberfest dresses. You could add a white petticoat underneath for extra puff in the skirt. No issue with the ribbon on my dress (like other reviews have said), although I haven't put it through the wash, so might gentle hand wash in case."
