The costume is inspired by the character Mary Poppins from the movie of the same name, also representing clothes worn by Victorian Era English women. Featuring a grey buttoned down jacket with black stripes down to the hem and long sleeves and a matching dark blue skirt. Best worn with the included white dickey, red neck tie and an elegant black hat with 3 detachable flowers. For the added effect we included a parrot umbrella cover! Now sing supercalifragilisticexpialidocious if you can!
