Something I wish I'd considered
"Something I wish I'd considered before buying. . . how do they package the top hat? Completely flattened in a postage satchel, that's how they send it. Another thing I wish I had noticed is that the description says the hat is only 15cm tall, but the top hat in the images is clearly almost double that in height. The hat is also described as being made from felt but what I received almost feels like reconstituted paper. I've been trying everything I can think of to try and straighten it back up again but it's a crumpled mess. The skirt straight up feels like it's made out of PVC and the top is fraying at the seam without having been worn. And the collar doesn't really work, it just kind of spins freely around their necks which isn't exactly safe. Honestly I think 2 stars is extremely generous. If I had more time I'd be seeking a refund."
