The infamous villainess of the movie 101 Dalmatians made it her mission to snatch puppies to turn into cruel couture. This Disney Cruella De Vil Womens Costume features a shin-length slip on black dress with a slit on the left and a wide red elasticated belt with velcro fastening. The detachable short cape has a dalmatian pattern which instantly gives that infamous look to the costume, fastens with velcro and has a red 'jewel' embellishment at the closure. Red elbow length gloves are included (although these come up quite small) together with the telltale black and white wig - which will give you a really bad hair day!
