Draw in your victims to suck their blood in our Collared Classic Adult Cape. A classic cape which can be added to so many costumes from Zorro to Vampire to add that dark and foreboding look. The cape is solid black and comes attached with a padded stand-up collar and a necktie for an easy fit.
