"Rachel from customer service is lovely, her response time - perfect, and she is obviously a problem solver who enjoys her position of customer satisfaction - as opposed to the packing/dispatch team, who obviously are so-so with their choice of packaging of the more fragile of costumes such as a crown. I received two crowns, the original and a replacement because the original one was sent in a plastic satchel. Another was dispatched - not in a box, again in a plastic satchel - and arrived broken, but not as bad. I love Costume Box, and will absolutely order in the future, but not a crown! I ordered twice. This item
"I ordered twice. This item is cheaply made and as such, extremely fragile. It was shipped in a thin postbag so you can imagine how it arrived. Contacted Costume Box. They apologised and said they'd speak to the warehouse. They refunded my money and asked me to order again. Well, the second crown was shipped in a thin postbag. . Literally no commonsense from warehouse management. It's not rocket science. Fragile item, no bubble wrap packed in a squashable postbag = trash at the other end of delivery."
