Promoter & Platform

  • Promoter: CostumeBox Australia.
  • Platform Exclusivity: This promotion is hosted and run exclusively on Instagram. Entries, tags, or posts on other platforms (including Facebook, TikTok, or Pinterest) are not eligible.
 

Eligibility

  • Open to customers who have placed an order with CostumeBox within the last 12 months.
  • Entrants under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to enter.
  • Employees of CostumeBox, their immediate families, and associated agency partners are ineligible to win.
 

Promotional Period & Entry Rules

  • Recurring Schedule: This is a recurring monthly competition. Each entry window opens at 12:00 AM AEST on the 1st of the month and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on the final calendar day of that month.
  • How to Enter: Post a public photo or Reel on Instagram featuring a CostumeBox product and tag @costumebox in the post.
  • Private Accounts: Entrants with private Instagram accounts must send a clear screenshot of their post via Instagram Direct Message (DM) to @costumebox within the promotional period to qualify.
  • Multiple Entries: Entrants may submit new entries in subsequent monthly draws using the same original order number, provided each entry features a new, unique photo or Reel. Unsuccessful entries do not automatically roll over; a new post must be published and tagged for each month's draw.
 

Prize Details & Limitations

  • Prize Value: One (1) winner per month will receive a refund applied directly back to their original payment method, up to the maximum value of $50 AUD.
  • Under $50 Orders: If the winner’s qualifying order total was less than $50 AUD, the refund will equal the exact total amount paid for that order.
  • One Win Per Order: A single order number can only be awarded a refund once. Once an order number has won a monthly draw, it is permanently retired from all future competitions.
 

Winner Selection, Notification & Redraws

  • One (1) winner will be drawn at random within the first 5 business days of the following month.
  • Employees of CostumeBox, their immediate families, and agency partners are ineligible to win.
  • Order Limit: A single valid order number can only be awarded a refund once. Customers may enter future monthly draws, provided each entry uses a different eligible order number.
  • Content Standards: CostumeBox reserves the right to disqualify any entry that contains inappropriate content, offensive material, fake/bot account activity, or fails to meet the entry criteria.
  • Notification & Announcement: The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @costumebox and announced via CostumeBox’s Instagram Stories.
  • The winner must provide a valid CostumeBox order number placed within the last 12 months to claim the prize. If a drawn winner fails to respond or provide a valid order number within 7 business days, a redraw will take place.
  • If no eligible entries are received during the calendar month, no prize will be awarded for that period.
  • Multiple Entries & Orders: Entrants may submit new entries in subsequent monthly draws using the same original order number, provided each entry features a new, unique photo or Reel.
  • Prize Limit: A single order number can only win and receive a refund once. Once an order number has been selected as a winner, it becomes ineligible for any future monthly draws.

Content Standards & Usage Rights

  • Disqualification: CostumeBox reserves the right to disqualify any entry that reuses identical content from previous months, contains inappropriate or offensive material, or involves fake/bot account activity.
  • Marketing License: By tagging @costumebox or submitting an entry via DM, participants grant CostumeBox a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted photo or video across CostumeBox marketing channels (including social media, email newsletters, and website product pages).
