Refunds
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include postage and handling charges.  Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

Costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturers production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.
We have the right to refuse the sale of any incorrectly priced merchandise and/or merchandise with a content misprint offered on CostumeBox.com.au. Merchandise pricing or content errors are subject to change/will be corrected without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will reflect any corrections to the price or content on the website as soon as we become aware of them. How Do I Make Changes to or Cancel My Order?
Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you have selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing. Can I Make A Purchase for Someone Else?
Yes, you may purchase an item from our website and have it shipped to another address that is different from the billing address.

1. The voucher is redeemable by the bearer for CostumeBox.com.au merchandise to the value stated on the front of the voucher.

2. The voucher is redeemable at the prices for CostumeBox.com.au merchandise applying at the time of redemption of the voucher.

3. Please note that a minimum purchase value of $10 is applicable which is exclusive of delivery charges. In the instance where this voucher is for complimentary CostumeBox.com.au merchandise, this clause does not apply.

4. The voucher is only valid for delivery within the specified CostumeBox.com.au delivery network.

5. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other CostumeBox.com.au promotion or discount offer or with the CostumeBox.com.au membership discount. Only one discount will apply per order and it will be the larger discount of the two.

6. There is a limit of one voucher per order.

7. CostumeBox.com.au will not accept responsibility or be liable for vouchers that are lost or stolen.

Emailed Gift Cards
1. Emailed Gift Cards are exchangeable by bearer for merchandise or services.

3. Emailed Gift Cards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount offer or with the CostumeBox.com.au membership discount.

4. Emailed Gift Cards are non replaceable.

5. CostumeBox.com.au will not be liable for any lost or stolen emailed Gift Cards.

Split Shipments
On occasion, due to weight restrictions CostumeBox.com.au must ship your order in separate boxes.  Rest assured; you will never be billed for extra shipping charges when we ship this way.
