All Australian standard orders of $10 or more are shipped with Star Track Express Couriers for FREE! This is a 'Next Business Day' service 96% of the time when you order by 2pm Sydney Time. A flat rate of $9.99 applies to all orders under $10, and will also be sent with Star Track Express. Simply choose our Express Delivery service at Checkout when placing your order. Be sure to specify somewhere safe to leave your parcel. Delivery time is estimated at 1 business day for most metropolitan suburbs and larger regional areas when you order before our 2pm AEST cut-off. A time estimate will be given to you after providing your post code. You can track your order at StarTrack Express with the consignment number emailed to you within 12 hours of placing your order. |

Free Pick-Up - Sydney Northern Beaches Customers in the greater Sydney area are welcome to pick up orders from our Brookvale warehouse in Sydney's Northern Beaches, Monday through Friday. Simply place your order online and choose the Pick-Up option when you check out. Orders must be placed online before arrival, we do not have a shop front and orders need to be processed through our website to be fulfilled. PLEASE NOTE: Orders must be placed by 2pm the previous day in order to be ready for pick up, we are an online store only all orders MUST BE PLACED in advance of picking up! Monday-Friday from 830am to 530pm (must order by 2pm the previous day) Pick-Up Location 10 Clearview Place, Brookvale, NSW - We are located off Old Pittwater Road, behind Westfield in Brookvale. CostumeBox.com.au ships to New Zealand with DHL couriers. A flat shipping fee of $25 applies to all orders - some exceptions apply: heavy and large items may incur additional charges. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping. Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST will be received within 1-3 business days. DHL requires a signature on delivery, so please arrange your delivery to an address where someone will be able to accept your parcel during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm). If no one is going to be home, we recommend shipping to awork address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left to arrange an appropriate time to try again. If no delivery can be made after an additional attempt, your order will be returned to CostumeBox.com.au and a fee of $25 will be charged to reattempt delivery. Some parcels entering New Zealand may incur additional customs fees or import duties. The customer is responsible for any fees that may be charged by the New Zealand government upon goods entering the country. CostumeBox.com.au is unable to mark your parcel as a ‘gift’ in order to avoid potential charges as this would be unlawful.
