Beautiful, very soft multi-coloured tutuband. Layers of tulle in soft pink, pale blue, lemon and lavender. Includes soft pink tulle covered headband.
A tutuband is a classic tutu-shaped skirt on a wide, soft, stretchy band so it can be worn easily over clothes but will not scratch if worn on its own.
The costume is fully imported from the US and is exclusive in Australia to www.costumebox.com.au. The quality, detailing and finish on this garment is beautiful. Seams are overlocked and sit flat and smooth.
