Quick Facts:
  • Australian Postage - $14.95 per order Flat Rate to all parts of Australia regardless of weight.  All parcels are sent Express Post.
  • International Postage- We currently post to New Zealand (AU$ 24.95 Flat Rate), Hong Kong and Singapore (AU$ 34.95  Flat Rate).  International parcels are sent Air Mail and usually arrive within 5-7 working days.
  • Orders placed before 2pm weekdays Sydney time are posted the same day.
  • Sydney Courier same day delivery is available (at an extra charge) for orders placed before 12 noon working days.

If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?

is proud to have a same day  DESPATCH service standard for processed (paid for) orders received by 2pm weekdays. 
DELIVERY TIME
depends on  where you live.  Unless otherwise specified, orders are posted from our warehouse in the Sydney metro area. Check the links to see how long it may take to receive your order:   Australia Post Express Post Network      

Sydney Metro Courier same day delivery is available (at an extra charge) for orders placed before 12 noon working days.

    

Orders placed on business days by 2pm Sydney time will be despatched that day (business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.)

Orders can only be despatched when they are processed, which means payment has been finalised . Online credit card orders can be considered processed immediately and will be despatched without delay.  If you elect to post a cheque, money order or direct credit our bank account, your order will not be considered processed until we receive the payment at our office, and will not be despatched until then.

This despatch standard is not applicable for :
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
• Orders for Wrap 'n Rides which usually ship within 48 hours from our Qld warehouse
• Mascots, large props, or Special Order items
• Any products with other shipping details listed on the product detail page.


How Much Do You Charge For Postage?  

All orders are sent by Australia Post Express Post Service.  This gives next business day delivery to many (but not all!) postcodes in Australia. Check the link below to see if your postcode is in the next day network.

Courier service
is available for Sydney Metropolitan orders only from 26.00.
If you choose this option we will call or email you with the final courier quote after you have placed your order.

Express Post charge is a flat fee of $14.95 per order regardless how many items are ordered or where you live in Australia, unless otherwise stated on the product page. How Do I Receive My Order?
The carrier we choose to ship your order is Australia Post’s Express Post E-Parcel system.
We have chosen this system because it is the most efficient, reliable service available. We will insure your order for it’s full value during the delivery process, so that if it is lost in the post or damaged during transit, you will be covered.  To further ensure the security of your order, someone will need to be there to sign for delivery.  If nobody is there to sign for delivery, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection and a notification card will be left for you.

If no one can be there to sign for delivery, and you would like the parcel left in your absence, you can specify these instructions in the comments box at the checkout. (For instance, “no signature required, please leave on front verandah if not home”).

Please note: if you elect that no signature is required, and for the parcel to be left, we cannot bear responsibility if your parcel is lost, and no insurances will be valid.


Where Is The Rest Of My Order?
On occasion costumebox.com.au must ship your order from different warehouses (for instance Wrap 'n Rides come from our Queensland warehouse).  If this is the case you should receive an email indicating the split shipment.  Rest assured; you will never be billed for extra shipping charges when we ship from multiple locations.

Do You Deliver To Overseas Addresses?
Yes!  We presently ship to New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore. Postage rates are a flat fee of AU$ 24.95 for New Zealand, and AU$ 34.95 flat fee for Hong Kong and Singapore.  All Items are sent Air Mail.

Do You Have A Shop, Or Can I Pick Up My Order?
costumebox.com.au exists entirely as an online store which is why we can bring you a huge range.  We do not have any "bricks and mortar" stores.  

We pride ourselves on our speedy despatch service standard to any address in Australia.  If you order by 12 noon Sydney time we will despatch your order that day. All orders after this time will be despatched the following working day.

Unfortunately we cannot have the public visit our warehouse for safety and security reasons.
