• $6.95 per order Flat Rate to all parts of Australia for parcels up to 1kg
• $9.90 for parcels over 1kg and up to 3 kg
• $15.95 for parcels over 3kg and up to 5kg
• For parcels over 5kg, $9.90 plus $3.30 per extra 1kg

Delivery will be overnight to most metropolitan suburbs and larger regional centers for orders placed (and paid for) by 2pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday.

Delivery times and charges for your order will be stated at checkout, before you pay and complete your order.

• International Postage- We currently post to New Zealand (rates start at AU$9.20), Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia (rates start at AU$10.40).  International parcels are sent Air Mail (both Registered and Economy options available) and usually arrive within 5-10 working days.
• Orders placed before 2pm weekdays Sydney time are posted the same day.
• Sydney Courier same day delivery is available (at an extra charge) for orders placed before 12 noon working days.

If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?
costumebox.com.au is proud to have a same day DESPATCH service standard for processed (paid for) orders received by 2pm weekdays.  DELIVERY TIME depends on where you live. 

Sydney Metro Courier same day delivery is available (at an extra charge) for orders placed before 12 noon working days.
  
Orders placed on business days by 2pm Sydney time will be despatched that day (business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.)

Orders can only be despatched when they are processed, which means payment has been finalised.  Online credit card orders can be considered processed immediately and will be despatched without delay.  If you elect to post a cheque, money order or direct credit our bank account, your order will not be considered processed until we receive the payment at our office, and will not be despatched until then.

This despatch standard is NOT applicable for:
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
• Mascots, large props, or Special Order items
• Any products with other shipping details listed on the product detail page.

How Do I Receive My Order?
The carrier we choose to ship your order is Australian airExpress.
We have chosen this service because it is the most efficient, reliable service available.  To further ensure the security of your order, someone will need to be there to sign for delivery.  If no-one is there to sign for delivery, you will need to leave instructions as to where the parcel can be safely left.  If it cannot be safely left at your address, please have it delivered to your work address or an alternative safe address.  If no instructions are given, and no-one is home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection and a notification card will be left for you.  If this diversion is necessary we regret an extra $7.50 diversion fee will need to be charged.

Do You Deliver To Overseas Addresses?
Yes!  We presently ship to New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Postage rates start at AU$9.20 for New Zealand, and AU$10.40 for Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.  All Items are sent Air Mail.  Estimated delivery times for these destinations is 5-10 working days.
