Orders can only be shipped when they have been processed with payment finallized. Online credit card orders will be considered processed immediately and shipped without delay, however, if you elect to post a cheque, money order, or direct payment to our bank account, your order will not be considered processed until payment has cleared at our offices.

We use Australian Air Express for all Standard Shipping purchases. We have chosen this service because it is the most efficient, reliable option in Australia. To further ensure the security of your order, someone will need to be there to sign for delivery, unless you have otherwise stated at the time of ordering that the driver can leave the parcel in a specified safe area. If it cannot be left safely at your address, please choose your work address or an alternative destination that suits these standards for your security.

If no instructions are given, and no one is home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection and a notification card will be left for you. If this diversion to the Post Office is necessary, we regret an extra $7.50 diversion fee will be charged.

Postage rates start at AU$9.90 for New Zealand, and AU$10.90 to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. All items are sent Air Mail with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.
